Chicago Bears Tickets

The Chicago Bears Tickets will take you to a game, which is one of two teams left who joined when the league was started in 1920. The Bears are among of the most famous teams in sports history with most die heart fan following. Since reaching Super Bowl XLI in 2006 (a 29-17 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in South Florida) this Chicago Bears have had their ups and downs. And while they’ve fielded their share of teams with winning records, they still haven’t won an NFL championship in a very long time (1985). In 2010, the Bears would host the NFC title game but fell short to the eventual Super Bowl champion Packers. In 2011, injuries and a 1-5 finish spoiled the team’s 7-3 start and Chicago missed the playoffs with an 8-8 mark.

In 2012 Led by quarterback Jay Cutler and an opportunistic defensive unit that was putting points on the scoreboard, Lovie Smith’s team stormed out to a 7-1 start last season. Chicago would lead the NFL with 44 takeaways but did make their own share of mistakes as well. At midseason, Cutler went down for a short spell but when it was all said and done, the Bears lost five of their final eight games. And despite a 10-6 mark, Chicago fell short of the playoffs and longtime head coach Lovie Smith was let go by the team.

In 2013 the team will be missing a very familiar face in eight-time Pro Bowl middle linebacker Brian Urlacher as the organization decided not to re-sign the 13-year NFL veteran. In order to do a better job of protecting Cutler, the team added a pair of free agents to the left side of the offensive line in tackle Jermon Bushrod (Saints) and guard Matt Slauson (Jets). New head coach Marc Trestman is hoping a second receiver emerges and Cutler isn’t so reliant on Brandon Marshall, who caught 118 passes in 2012. In 2014 entered with a hope to improve their 8-8 record of 2013. They won their season opener against Buffalo Bills but they won their next two games. Unfortunately they fell to 3-5 on reaching the bye week. They also had to struggle in the start of the season. They ended their season 5-11. Since 2009 it was their first losing season and since 2004 first season in which they had ten losses.
